– GFG’s big Dance of the 7 Stickies, aka the BTW scheduling meeting, takes place on August 16th, No submissions will be accepted after the deadline.

Registration & Add-on Deadline is August 24th, 2026 3am EST
– After the Deadline no BTW registrations or Add-Ons will be accepted.
– At the time of this post, we still have 1 Bunk-Room available and a number of Bunk-Beds still available.

Cancellations & Refunds
– GFG can honor requests for refunds, less a $20 processing fee, until September 1st. After that, any refund requests may not be honored. Please reach out to a GFG Board Member. If we are forced to cancel the event prior to its start, all paid registrants will receive a full refund by mid October.
For those already registered: Keep an eye out on your emails as once we finish the Dance we will be sending out a preliminary schedule and once Registration closes you will receive the BTW Welcome letter.
We are extremely excited about BTW 2026 and can’t wait til the mist parts and the Gates open in a little bit over 6 weeks from today!
