One of the things that makes Between the Worlds such a magical experience is the variety of things to do & experience . Every day has an assortment of Workshops, Rituals, Roundtables & Community Events to choose from. What makes these activities so diverse is that, outside of the BTW staples that happen every BTW, these activities are all submitted/proposed and hosted by members of the BTW Community.
That means the BTW Schedule changes every year based on what community members submit to GFG for scheduling. And because the schedule reflects our community chances are you can discover all sorts of different pathworks, beliefs and learning levels throughout the week. Well “What are the BTW staples you speak of?” you ask Every BTW has events that have become recurring parts of the BTW experience.
Monday: Opening Meeting, Opening Ritual, No Talent Show
Wednesday: KOMOS -The Dionysian Ritual & Dance
Thursday: The Fae Gala
Friday: Main Ritual, Keynote Presentation, Musical Performance
“What can we propose?” The sky is the limit! As a Pagan Event focused on Queer Male Spirituality we try not to limit what types and topics we schedule. Variety is the spice of life and our community is diverse and beautiful. Some folks want to share their path work, others want to host a round table discussion on Polyamory, another a ritual exploring sacred kink. Some members regularly propose workshops and experiences that reflect that year’s Aspect of Queerness ( the Explorer in 2026 ) The more variety the better. At GFG’s yearly “Dance of the 7 Stickies” is when the grove gathers all the threads of programming and somehow weaves it all together to create the magical Schedule of BTW. Our hope is always to get all proposals scheduled, but sometimes we don’t have the available slots or multiple workshops are very similar to each other. We always reach out to hosts in these instances and try to figure something out. We try our very best to create a diverse, but not overly packed, schedule.
