Each year of Between the Worlds the event focuses on a specific aspect of Queerness that was inspired by the book Gay Spirit Warrior by John Stowe.
In 2024 we honored and celebrated the Warrior and this year we move onto celebrating the Divine Child!
The Divine Child is our youthful energy. Their color is Orange. On the Gilbert Pride Flag Orange represents healing. Magically orange represents the energy of enthusiasm. It attracts vitality. In psychology and marketing orange attracts a youthful and playful perception.
In Queer Spirit Warrior this aspect was called the Magic Boy. Over time the concept was adapted and adjusted by the Brotherhood of the Dark Moon (out of Detroit Michigan). It was a member of that group who introduced the Queer Aspects to the Between the Worlds community and now is an integral part of our event, the magic we weave as a community and inspiration for our yearly gatherings & rituals.

At Between the Worlds 2025 we will call upon this Divine Child and as a community and begin the journey of nurturing a bond with our personal Divine Child and see where the magic takes us. Green Faerie Grove has been spending the year working with the Divine child in our Grove Rites and on personal levels so that when we gather we come to you all with a level of working experience and personal gnosis about the journey and power of the Divine Child.
Only 20 until the mists part and we gather once again Between the Worlds.
